A semi-private reformer class for mixed levels with layers tailored to you so you can choose how much you workout and are in safe hands if rehabilitating.
Piwakawaka Pilates is a boutique studio with only 4 reformers so you are assured to be in safe hands and have personal taylormade adjustments to have good heathy form. :)
